Completing the AC027 Form for Services Australia

In order for quickclaim to send and receive data on your behalf, Services Australia require you to complete the "Register or update for aged care web services (AC027)" form, which can be downloaded here.

Please complete the form and email it back to developerliaison@servicesaustralia.gov.au and cc quickclaim support (support@quickclaim.com.au).

For good order:

• the Registered Providers is the legal name of the entity providing the services under Support at Home;
• PRODA Organisation RA is the [usually] 10-digit Registration Authority number belonging to your organisation's PRODA account;
• Active Device Name is the name you gave the B2B Device in PRODA, noting that this is case sensitive (we suggested quickclaim-sah above)
• Software developer's Name is quickclaim;
• Software name is quickclaim;
• Software version is v2.1
