Fixing claim errors
This article describes how to fix an error in the Recovery Claim module.
Edit Claim
Navigate to the "Recovery Claim" module using the menu on the left hand side.
Using the filters, identify the claim that you want to fix.
Click the pencil button on the right hand side under "Actions"



This will display the editable fields and allows you to change the aspects of the items that need changing.

Once you've fixed the errors, click the green tick on the right hand side to save the edits.
Record manual re-claims
If at any point you need to re-claim a rejected claim manually through the portal, you can do so. In that case, please ensure the re-claim is also recorded in the system.On the Recovery page, there is a button in the far-right column next to the Edit and Delete buttons. When you hover over it, it displays “Record Manual Claim.”
Please click this button for any claims that you re-submit manually via the portal, and make sure to enter the claim date, PRN, and amount.
