# How to cancel a Successful Claim
## Cancelling a claim is a simple process as quickclaim communicates directly with the NDIS. Any cancellation will be offset upon your following claim.
**Cancelling a Successful Claim**
1. Select the claim on the **Successful Claims** section on quickclaim.
2. Under the **Actions** column select the ❌ icon
3. A confirmation modal with open up. Click on "*Yes"* to cancel the Issued Invoice.
4. In the pop up complete the reason for your cancellation.
5. Click on the 🆗 button and you successful claim will be cancelled.
These cancelled claims are visible in the Cancelled claims tab.
### For Version 1 Users
If you are using version 1 of quickclaim (app.quickclaim.io) you will need to **start by cancelling the claim on your finance system** and following the steps above from Step 1 to 5.
