How to cancel a Successful Claim

Cancelling a claim is a simple process as quickclaim communicates directly with the NDIS. Any cancellation will be offset upon your following claim. 

Cancelling a Successful Claim
  1. Select the claim on the Successful Claims section on quickclaim.
  2. Under the Actions column select the ❌ icon 
  3. A confirmation modal with open up. Click on "Yes"  to cancel the Issued Invoice.Screenshot 2025-09-12 at 3.50.14 pm
  4. In the pop up complete the reason for your cancellation.

  5. Click on the 🆗 button and you successful claim will be cancelled.

These cancelled claims are visible in the Cancelled claims tab.

For Version 1 Users

If you are using version 1 of quickclaim (app.quickclaim.io) you will need to start by cancelling the claim on your finance system and following the steps above from Step 1 to 5.
