How to sign up and sign in

Sign Up to quickclaim

1.1 Go to the quickclaim sign up page (https://billing.quickclaim.io/signup) and choose whether to create a new quickclaim account (1.2) or sign up with an existing Google account (1.3).

#Note: If you are joining an existing organisation, the quickclaim sign-up link is (https://app.quickclaim.io/signup). Please check with your account admin.

1.2 Create a new account by filling in your first name, last name, email address and selecting a password. Your password should be at least 5 characters long and contain lower case letters, upper case letters and numbers.

A verification email will be sent to your email address. Please verify your email address by checking your email account. 

1.3 Sign up with Google by first clicking the 'Login with Google' button.

If you are not signed in to your Google account, enter your Google email address and then click the 'Next' button.

Enter your Google account password and then click the 'Next' button. If you sign up with your Google account, you will not need to create a new password for quickclaim. Just click on the " Create Account" Button. Clicking on this button means you agree to the Terms and Conditions, so please read the terms and conditions before creating account. 

When you reach the welcome screen, if you are joining an existing organisation that is already set up in quickclaim, please contact support to add you to the organisation. For good order, there is nothing you need to do on this screen.

If you are the first person to sign up from your organisation, then enter the details for the new organisation and click on the " Submit" button after checking the declarations.

Sign In

2.1 Once you have created a quickclaim account, go to the sign in page https://billing.quickclaim.io/signin.

 #Note: For existing customers, go to: https://app.quickclaim.io/signin.

2.2 To sign in with your quickclaim account details enter the email address and password you entered in step 1.2.

2.3 To sign in with your Google account details, click the 'Login with Google' button. If you are already signed in to your Google account, you will be automatically signed in to the quickclaim app with no further steps required.

Reset Your Password

3.1 If you have signed up for a quickclaim account and forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot your password??' link at the bottom of the sign up page

3.2 Enter the email address that you used to create your account and press the 'Submit' button.

3.3 If you signed up with an email address, an email will be sent to your account with a link to reset your password.

3.4 If you signed up with a Google account, you do not need a new password to sign in to quickclaim and can manage your Google password within your Google account. If you have forgotten your Google password you can reset it by following the 'Forgot Password' instructions at the Google sign in (https://accounts.google.com/signin/)
