How to sign up and sign in
This article will show you how to sign up for a quickclaim account, sign in to quickclaim once you've registered and reset your password if you've forgotten it.
Sign Up
1.1 Go to the quickclaim sign up page (https://app.quickclaim.io/signup) and choose whether to create a new quickclaim account (1.2) or sign up with an existing Google account (1.3).
1.2(a) Create a new account by filling in your first name, last name, email address and selecting a password. Your password should be at least 5 characters long and contain lower case letters, upper case letters and numbers.
1.2(b) Alternatively, you can sign up with Google by first clicking the 'Login with Google' button.
1.3 Click the 'CREATE ACCOUNT' button to complete the user creation process. Please note that by creating your user account, you are agreeing to the linked Terms and Conditions.
1.4(a) If you are creating a new account for your organisation (i.e. you are the first user from your organisation to sign up to quickclaim) then complete the 'New Organisation' dialogue shown below.
1.4(b) If you are joining an existing organisation's account (i.e. you are not the first user from your organisation to sign up to quickclaim), then email support@quickclaim.com.au from your work email account and request to be joined to the organisation.
Sign In
2.1 Once you have created a quickclaim account, go to the sign in page whenever you want to log in/sign into the application (https://app.quickclaim.io/signin).
Reset Your Password
3.1 If you have signed up for a quickclaim account and forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot your password??' link at the bottom of the sign up page
3.2 Enter the email address that you used to create your account and press the 'Submit' button. You will receive a link in your email that will allow you to reset your password.
