A step by step guide to importing data from an Excel file onto the 'Participants' and Roster of Care' pages.
In order to import data from an excel file you will need to select the 'Import Data' button located on the right hand side of the table in either the 'Participants' or the 'Roster of Care' page.
To ensure that quickclaim maps your data appropriately you will need to use our sample Excel file or ensure that the column headings are identical to that of the sample Excel file.
Once you have prepared your excel file, you are able to upload the file by selecting anywhere within the green box of the pop up. Once the file has been uploaded select the 'Submit' button.
You will now be taken to the 'Excel Review Results' page where you will be provided with information such as total records, valid records and errors that were recorded during the upload.
To finalise the importing of the data you will need to select 'Continue with the Import' button and to cancel the import select 'Exit' and restart the process if required.
