Irregular supports throw out your regular Roster of Care. This article shows you how to claim for them.
When you provide extra ad hoc care to a participant during the week, you are likely to decide to charge for these items.
However, the Roster of Care module only generates the regular supports.
Add the ad hoc supports in via the Service Delivery module.
Click on the "ADD" button.
This will generate a new, blank item. Fill in the participant details, dates, item, hours and how the claiming or invoicing is being managed. Press the green tick to save.
