The quickclaim onboarding guide

Welcome to quickclaim! We're excited to have you join our platform. This onboarding guide will help you create an account and get set up quickly.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Begin by navigating to our Sign-Up page here:

. Fill in the required fields:

  • First Name and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Password (Ensure it's strong enough. A prompt will indicate if it's too short.)

After filling out all details, click Sign Up to go to the step.

Step 2: Confirm Your Details

Once your details are submitted, you'll see a screen confirming your information. Click Create Account to proceed. By doing so, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Step 3: Choose Your Tenant Type

Next, you'll be asked to select your Tenant type. To proceed with the onboarding , select your organisation type.
Your account can be linked to either a Provider or Plan-Manager organisation

Step 4: Set Up Your Organisation

If you're a registered, you'll be asked to either join an existing organisation or set up a new one.

  • For an Existing Organisation, please email support@quickclaim.io for assistance.

  • To set up a New Organisation, fill in the requested details such as your Organisation Name and Website. You must also agree to the terms regarding data storage and access.

Click Submit once you've filled in all required details.

Step 5: Sign In

After creating your account, navigate to the sign-in page here:

Enter your Email Address and Password, then click Sign In.

Next Steps

After you have signed up and created your organisation, you need to send an email to support@quickclaim.io to verify and connect your account with your company email.
