# Provider Remittance Advice Details
## Understand the content and actions available on individual provider remittance advice pages
Clicking on an individual provider remittance line on the main [Provider Remittance Advice](https://wiki.quickclaim.io/knowledge/provider-remittance-page?hsLang=en) reveals the details of the advice and allows you download the relevant documents or resend the email to the provider's registered address.
#### Actions Available
Using the buttons in the top right corner of the page, you can download the PDF document shown on the page, a CSV file with all the individual line items or resend the email containing the advice to the provider (it will be sent to the same address on file). If you need to send the documents to a different email address, download them first and send the email from your internal email client (e.g., Outlook or Mail).
#### Meaning of Content
| **Heading** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Total | The total amount of all the invoice items remitted. This will match the amount on the provider's bank statement |
| Advice status | The status of the advice: - '**Released**' means the advice is available in the quickclaim app - '**Superseded**' means newer advice is available which replaces this advice |
| Delivery | The status of the advice email. - '**Handed Off**' means the email has been sent to the provider's email server |
| Released | The date and time at which the advice was created. |
| Sent | The date and time at which the email was sent to the provider's designated email address. |
| Provider | The business name of the provider being sent the advice |
| Email | The email address used to send the advice (sourced from your software provider) |
| Payment Order | The payment order containing the invoice payouts connected to this remittance advice |
#### Advice PDF
The PDF document attached to the advice email contains all the details the provider requires to identify the invoices related to the payment.
The most common question relating to remittance advice is what the text on the bank statement represents. This is the Payment Instruction (PI) ID found on the right side of the document.
