Occasionally you need to make a manual claim through PRODA, and record it in quickclaim so that all of your data is reconciled.
To record manual claims, simply access the Recovery Claim module by clicking on the left-hand side menu.
Using the "Actions" menu on the right, click on the small square with the pencil in it - the icon on the left.
This will cause a Manual Claim pop-up to appear.
Ensure the details are correct, and press "OK".
If the record was successfully created, you will get a confirmation message.
