Recording manual claims
Occasionally, you need to make a manual claim through PRODA, and record it in quickclaim so that all of your data is reconciled.
If you need to submit a claim manually through the portal at any time, you may do so. In such cases, please ensure the claim is also recorded in quickclaim.
When recording a manual claim, the system treats it as a successful claim. Therefore, it’s important to enter the correct PRN and paid amount on the manual claims to ensure downstream processes—such as invoice generation and remittance reconciliation—are accurate.
You can record manual claims in quickclaim using either of the following pages:

Record Manual claim through Claim Recovery
On the Recovery page, there is a button in the far-right column next to the Edit and Delete buttons. When you hover over it, it displays “Record Manual Claim.”
Please click this button for any claims that you re-submit manually via the portal, and make sure to enter the claim date, PRN, and amount.
Steps to Record Manual claim:
Step 1. To record manual claims, simply access the Recovery Claim module by clicking on the left-hand side menu.

Step 2. Using the "Actions" menu on the right, click on the small square with the pencil in it - the icon on the left.
Step 3. This will cause a Manual Claim pop-up to appear.

Step 4. Ensure the details are correct, and press "OK".
If the record was successfully created, you will get a confirmation message.

Record Manual claim through Ready to Claim
You can also record the manual claims via the Ready to Claim page.

Steps to Record Manual Claim from Ready to claim page:
Step 1. Go to Ready to claim and click on the "Record Manual Claim" icon on the record.
Step 2. Fill in the information on the pop-up.
Step 3. Ensure the details are correct, and press "OK".
