Release 2025.03.01
Below is a summary of all the changes in quickclaim Version 2 included in this release.
In this release, we’ve introduced several exciting new features, key improvements, bug fixes and behind-the-scenes performance improvements to make quickclaim more efficient and user-friendly. Major updates include enhanced import capabilities, improved efficiency, flexibility in error handling and smarter invoicing.
New Features:
-
Flexible Error Handling while Importing (NDIS)
During service delivery imports, you now have 2 options:
-
you can ALLOW records with validation errors to flow into Service Delivery, so you can correct them directly in the system (ideal for large files with only a few errors) OR,
-
choose to REJECT errors - in this case, you would have to correct the errors outside before re-importing (best for smaller files with many issues).
-
-
Import functions:
-
Import File Types – CSV & Excel Support (NDIS)
Service delivery imports and all other modules in quickclaim now accept both CSV and Excel formats. -
Support at home
-
Support at Home Claims CSV Import (Support at home)
You can now import support at home claims or care recipients to quickclaim using quickclaim CSV template or the Services Australia template provided. -
Centralised Attachments (Support at home)
Users can now upload attachments to a central location in quickclaim and link them to multiple transactions during claiming.
-
-
Improvements:
-
Customisable Claim Reference id: (NDIS)
You can now create your unique claim reference id with the help of user fields, helping you match claim records to your own business processes and making tracking easier. The format is qcUniqueId_[YOUR REFERENCE], which we can set up for you as a config file during onboarding. Let us know if you want to set this up.
-
Automated Credit Notes for Capped Prices: (NDIS)
When you invoice at a rate higher than the capped price, quickclaim will now automatically create a credit note and adjust the invoice amount for you. This means you don’t have to manually fix invoices—everything balances correctly on its own.
-
Clear Credit and Invoice Details (NDIS)
With this release, you can now see more details on all transactions. On the Issued Invoices page:
-
It is clear whether a transaction is an invoice or a credit note
-
You can also see the reason for cancellation, the credit note it relates to, and which invoices or lines were cancelled.
-
Cancelled items are marked, and both the cancelled invoice and its credit note are linked for easy tracking.
-
-
Import Table Labels (Support at home,NDIS)
Import tables now let users add and manage custom labels for user fields, making it easier to bring their own business terminology into quickclaim.
Bug Fixes:
-
Excel Export Pagination Fix
Across quickclaim, the export function has been updated to return all records regardless of pagination limits. -
Participant Import Templates Fix (Support at home)
Fixed template detection issues when importing participants in the participants page, ensuring the correct sample CSV is used.
