Using the Service Delivery module in quickclaim
This is where all the standard weekly claims populate each Monday, using the items in the Roster of Care module as a template.
In the screenshot below we have used filters to view Jack Bairstow’s populated claims which have been created from the items in his Roster of Care.
You can use filters to view specific weeks, such as when there was a public holiday or when a participant needed more support. You can use the add button to create a new claim or the edit icon to update an existing one.
Once you’re happy with the claims, you can press “Approve All” and they will push through to either your Claims module (if they’re agency managed) or Invoice module (if they’re self or plan managed). You can also choose to send specific claims by selecting them and clicking "Approve Selected".
