Tableau Analytics Status Descriptions

Where you’ll see these Status

After logging in to the Tableau Analytics, on the tab with Claim Records the user is able to filter the records with various filters including the Status.

Definitions

In Progress –Waiting For Batch Response
The transaction has been submitted and is currently being processed by the NDIS. We are waiting for a batch response from the NDIS system.

In Progress – Recovery
The transaction is in claim recovery page in quickclaim.

Closed – Deleted
The transaction has been deleted.

Closed – Rejected
The transaction was manually rejected for Plan-Managed Self-Managed (PLSL), or Agency claims.

Closed – Successful
The claim has been successfully processed and paid by the NDIS for agency-managed claims.

Closed – Invoiced
The transaction has been successfully invoiced for non-agency claims (Plan-Managed or Self-Managed).
