# Managing Remittance Advice Emails
## Manage the contact details used on your remittance advice and where you receive carbon copies
#### 1. Updating the details included in your remittance advice
quickclaim's automatically generated PDF advice includes your details in the top-left corner of the document (see an example below)
These details can be updated by navigating to the Settings menu item and clicking 'Update' in the 'Remittance Contact' section.
#### 2. Sending carbon copies of remittance advice emails
You can have a carbon copy of your remittance advice sent to your email account by navigating to the Settings menu item and clicking 'Update' in the Remittance Advice Copies section. The email address entered here will receive a copy of every remittance advice email sent from your account.
