Using Participant 360 module
The Participant 360 View allows you to see all available plan, service booking and claim data for a specific participant.
- Click on “Participant 360 View” in the left hand navigation bar.
- Using the “Choose a participant” box, select the participant whose records you want to check. We’ve looked at Jack’s in the screenshot below.
- Below you’ll see that participant’s plan information - the number, start and end dates.
- Scrolling down, you’ll see the latest service bookings for the participant you’ve selected.
- Using the “Actions” buttons on the right hand side, you can refresh, edit or delete service bookings.
- You can sort service bookings using the headings to see the start/end date of the service bookings, what item they are for, or “total” (money allocated), “remaining” (money remaining), or “remaining days” to see which bookings are current.
- You can click the blue button “Refresh service bookings” to see if there are any new bookings in the portal.
- You can export all the participant’s service bookings as a CSV file.
- The final section on this page shows the claims made for this participant.
- You can sort by claim date, or service, amount claimed or paid, status of the claim, or date of the claim.
- You can see in the “Status” column which claims have been successful and which have produced an error (these will be sitting in Claim Management > Claims in error).
- You can see the reason for the error in the “Error” column
- You can export all the participant’s last 100 claims using the blue button in the top right of the below screenshot.
