What to do if your device has expired

If your quickclaim B2B device has expired, follow the instructions below to renew your connection

Managing your B2B device in PRODA

To complete these steps, you'll need to have access (either full or delegated with the ability to manage device attributes) to PRODA.
  1. When a PRODA B2B device expires it can no longer be extended. As such, you'll need to go through the steps to generate a new Device Activation (DVA) Code. Follow the steps below to do this:

    Log into PRODA and navigate to your organisation then select B2B Devices and click on quickclaim device.

  2. Click on the Generate New Code to get a new DVA.

    You'll get a new DVA code and this code is valid for 1 hour. Make sure you record this code as it’s not stored or given to you again, and it's important you finish the next step within an hour.

  3. Navigate to the quickclaim Registrations page and click on the Renew Device button to add your new DVA code and activate your API.
